What this is

Beyond X Academy CRM is an internal tool used by Beyond X Academy staff to manage admissions enquiries and course administration. It is not a public product and there is no sign-up — accounts are created only by an administrator.

What we collect when you sign in

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We use them only to identify you inside the CRM and to attribute your work — which enquiries you handled, which notes you wrote.

We do not read your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts. We do not request access to them. We do not post anything to your Google account.

Enquiry data

The CRM also stores details of people who enquire about our courses — name, phone number, email, and notes from conversations with them. This is used to respond to their enquiry and administer their enrolment.

Where it is stored

Data is held in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database and the application is hosted on Vercel. Access is restricted to signed-in staff, enforced at the database level.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers named above, as needed to run the service.

Removing your data

Staff can have their account removed by an administrator at any time. Anyone who has enquired with us can ask for their details to be deleted by writing to the address below, and we will remove them unless we are required to keep them.
