Who may use this
This is an internal tool for Beyond X Academy staff. Access is granted by an administrator and may be withdrawn at any time. Do not attempt to sign in unless you have been given an account.
Your account
Your account is personal to you. Do not share it. Actions taken in the CRM are recorded against whoever is signed in, so a shared account makes that record meaningless.
Handling enquirers' data
The CRM contains personal details of people who have contacted us about our courses. Use them only to do your job. Do not export, copy or pass them to anyone outside Beyond X Academy, and do not use them for anything the person did not contact us for.
Availability
The CRM is provided as-is for internal use. It may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a problem with a service it depends on, and features may change without notice.
